1. Introduction
Welcome to Galactic Conquest: Rise to Power ("Game"), operated by Neutrino Gaming Studios ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our Game. By accessing or using our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
To access and use certain features of our Game, you must create an account ("Account"). You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Account and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with or disrupting the Game or servers or networks connected to the Game
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game for personal gain
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Using bots, auto-clickers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Game
- Engaging in any activity that gives an unfair advantage, such as cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
4. Virtual Goods
The Game may include virtual goods ("Virtual Goods") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual Goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or other items of value outside the Game. All sales of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the Game—including text, graphics, images, and software—are the property of the Company or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content in the Game without our written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and any Virtual Goods or other items associated with your Account may be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your access to or use of the Game.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Game. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Game are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
