How to delete your account
If you wish to permanently remove your account and all associated data, follow these steps inside the app:

Open Galactic Conquest and go to Settings.

Select Administration from the settings menu.

Choose the "Delete Account" option and confirm.

How do I recover my account on a new phone?
Use the Reclaim Account option on the login screen and enter the email and password you set up when you created your account. If you've forgotten your password, use Reset Password first to get a code by email.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Tap Reset Password on the login screen and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email — enter it, set a new password, then use Reclaim Account to log back in.
I lost my progress / can't log in. What do I do?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account (and email) you originally used. If your progress still isn't showing, email jredgar22@gmail.com with your in-game commander name and roughly when you last played, and we'll help recover it.
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings → Change Username. You can change your name once every 7 days (capitalization changes are allowed). Your progress, fleet membership, and all data carry over.
How do I request a refund for a purchase?
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, so refunds are handled through their support systems under their respective policies. If a purchase didn't deliver correctly in-game, contact us and we'll investigate the game side.
How do I report a bug or another player?
Post in our Discord or email jredgar22@gmail.com with a short description and a screenshot if possible. For player reports, include the offending commander's name and what happened.
Are emulators supported? The game is laggy.
Galactic Conquest is built for mobile devices only — emulators and automated tools are not supported and will be blocked. If you're on a phone and hitting lag, close and reopen the app and check your connection; the game uses live WebSocket connections that can drop on unstable networks.
